Chocolate porridge didn’t arrive, use this every day, email received to advise no longer stocked to see it back available the next day? Some meals taste great others not so much. It works as long as you follow the plan!

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Received delayed email and heard nothing since. This is the end of day 2. No idea when I’ll receive my order , poor communication Exante!

It was easy to order products only took a couple of minutes

When I first ordered from you, myself and my girlfriend both ordered a starter pack but she referred me and I never got the initial £10 Off. Now we forgot about that, then we ordered a 50 product for £66 and was charged full price. I phoned to enquire and to be honest got no help just you didn't put the code in which wasn't very clear how to do. So unfortunately we wasn't offered anything at all in compensation so we will not be buying any more products, which is a shame because we did enjoy them but never mind. Chers
